Redeeming a voucher
Mention your voucher when you book so we can allow the right amount of time for the treatment you have in mind, and bring it with you on the day. If a voucher does not cover the full cost of a treatment, the balance can be settled at your appointment.
If you are not sure what to spend it on, tell your therapist when you arrive. They will ask a few questions and point you towards something that suits, whether that is a facial, a massage or something else entirely.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of activation. Any balance not used before the expiry date is removed and the voucher becomes invalid, so it is worth booking in good time. Full terms are on our policies page.
